Search > Places is obviously very tired and overworked. Linden Lab has graciously given it the weekend off, promising to put it back to work next week. In the meantime, it's off to places ... err, unknowable, or at least not findable in Search.
This is expected to be a fantastically popular move, and I'm sure all the residents and businesses of Second Life will be happy to see this function get a well deserved rest.
The announcement tantalizingly suggests 'If not sooner', but based on the last couple days... well....what do you think? Will we be seeing this function back before Monday? Tuesday? Will the dev/grid teams sort it out over the weekend?
When do you expect to see this function back? How much does it bother you (if at all) not having it? How much does it bother you not being sure when it will be functioning again?
